1. Sponsor

This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Rich Carter, author of Make Them Feel It (“Sponsor”), based in Texas. Questions: richcarter27@icloud.com.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Not eligible: Sponsor, anyone who helped build or run the Contest or the Chase game, and the immediate family members and household members of any of them. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on February 28, 2027 (the “Contest Period”). Only scores submitted during the Contest Period are eligible.

4. How to Enter

Play the Chase game on the official Make Them Feel It website. After a game ends, submit your email address to post your score to the leaderboard. Each eligible score you submit counts as an entry. You may play as many times as you like, but each person and each email address may hold only one leaderboard position. Only your single highest score counts. A person may not use more than one email address. If Sponsor finds that someone used multiple email addresses, all of that person’s entries may be disqualified.

5. Fair Play

Scores must be earned through normal, human gameplay. Scores are void if they were earned or submitted using bots, scripts, macros, emulators, modified game files, browser tools that alter the game, exploits of bugs or glitches, or any other automated or fraudulent means. Sponsor may review, verify, remove, or disqualify any score or entrant it reasonably believes has violated these rules. Sponsor’s decisions on these matters are final.

6. Winner Determination

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no role in determining the winners. The three (3) eligible entrants with the highest verified scores on the leaderboard at the end of the Contest Period will be the potential winners. If two or more entrants tie for a winning position, the entrant who submitted the tied score first ranks higher.

7. Prizes

Each of the three (3) winners will receive one (1) signed copy of Make Them Feel It. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $20 per prize. Total ARV of all prizes: $60. Prizes cannot be transferred, and no cash or other substitution is allowed. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes ship free to US addresses only. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Winner Notification

Sponsor will notify potential winners by email at the address submitted with their score on or before March 7, 2027. Each potential winner must reply within seven (7) days and provide a US shipping address. A potential winner will be disqualified, and the prize awarded to the entrant with the next-highest eligible score, if they do not respond in time, cannot be reached, are found to be ineligible, or do not comply with these rules.

Prizes will ship within approximately four to six weeks after the winners are confirmed.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, a winner who accepts a prize agrees that Sponsor may announce them as a winner on the Make Them Feel It website and social media. The announcement will use their first name, last initial, state, and score, with no additional compensation.

10. Privacy

Email addresses collected through the Contest are used only to run the Contest, which includes verifying scores and contacting winners. Sponsor will not sell or share them.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability for claims, injury, loss, or damage of any kind that arise from taking part in the Contest, or from accepting or using any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, website downtime, lost or incomplete score submissions, email delivery problems, or any other error or malfunction that affects the Contest.

12. Right to Cancel or Modify

If fraud, a technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it. If the Contest is canceled, Sponsor may award prizes to the top eligible scores submitted before the cancellation.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Entrants agree that any dispute will be resolved individually, without any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
